 Yes…Christmas is just around the corner and I will be joining up forces with the Bays experienced Chef Roydon Trask  to provide the Christmas party you want and more! Take a look at our Christmas Feast we have thoughtfully put together.

We are now taking bookings (first in first served) for Christmas functions all through November and December at the beautiful venue of the Omanu Golf Club.

The club lounge provides a superb venue for the occasion  seating up to 150 guests .

 

CHRISTMAS PARTY BUFFET

NIBBLES
Served while guests are mingling

  •        Smoked Salmon Blinis with Cream Cheese Dill and Caper (GF)
  •        Assorted Sushi Plate with Dipping Sauce (GF)

.   Baked Marlborough Salmon (GF)

 Whole side, pin boned, seasoned with fresh dill and lemon.

with Chefs Basil Macadamia Pesto and Trio Cheese wrapped in Streaky Bacon.

 

 Slow Cooked Pork  Belly and Roast Pork

with crispy crackling (GF
